Spent hours on the phone talking to call centre staff. No progress. Round and round in circles! Ugh Several promises made of return telephone calls to resolve matters. Still waiting! WebCrap customer service. Bought a ticket online thinking it was a digital ticket, turns out it was a paper ticket and had to be printed out. Was already in a rush. We missed the train by literallt seconds as a result. Cost £15.30 altogether. Now unable to get money back because the tickets were lost. Absolute joke.
