In general, the rocBLAS interface is compatible with CPU oriented Netlib BLAS and the cuBLAS-v2 API, with the explicit exception that traditional BLAS interfaces do not accept handles. The cuBLAS’ cublasHandle_t is replaced with rocblas_handle everywhere.
