WebMar 23, 2024 · CITB’s latest Construction Skills Network report highlights that 224,900 workers will be required over the next five years to meet the demands of the construction industry. To help employers tackle the skills shortage of workers across the industry, and to address rising costs, CITB has made changes to its grants from April 2024. Each employer network has a budget to spend on training. The employers within the network decide how funds are used for the greatest benefit. This may mean training is subsidised, and in some cases fully funded. See more There are currently no limits in place to the number of employers that can benefit. However the pilot is for 12 months, so you should get involved as early as possible to get the most from it.
